Preparation:
In a wide, low saucepan, fry the finely chopped onion, then add the diced carrots, then the 50 - 80 g sliced meat (beef) sprinkled with salt, and fry it on all sides. Then pour boiling water into a saucepan so that it covers the meat and simmer over low heat until tender. 10 - 15 minutes before the end of cooking, you can add sliced
potatoes. You can also serve buckwheat, millet porridge or spaghetti as a garnish for meat.
