Apple cakes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour,
- 125 g butter
- 1 egg,
- 0.5 cups of sugar
- a little salt
- a bag of vanilla sugar
- lemon zest
- juice of half a lemon,
- powdered sugar,
- apples,
- marmalade.
Knead the dough from flour, butter, sugar, eggs, salt, vanillin, lemon peel and put in a cold place for 1 hour. Then roll it out 0.5 cm thick and cut out circles with a glass. Put apple pieces on one circle, put marmalade in the center (instead of marmalade, you can sprinkle the apple with sugar) and cover with the second circle, pinching the edges well. Grease the flat cake with beaten egg and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in the oven over medium heat. Sprinkle the finished cakes with icing sugar.
