Roll of cottage cheese
Ingredients:

- 500 g of cottage cheese,
- 200 g butter
- 2 cups of flour,
- 0.5 tsp of baking soda,
- 2 tbsp. spoons of kefir,
- a pinch of salt.
Grind cottage cheese with softened butter, add flour, salt and soda dissolved in kefir. Knead a hard dough, shape it into a ball, refrigerate for 40 minutes. Cut the ball into 4 parts, roll each part separately, put the filling on the rolled dough, for example, grated apples with sugar or thick jam, marmalade. Bake in the oven, sprinkle with icing sugar while hot.
