Dissolve yeast in milk, let it brew in a warm place. Add sugar, salt, grated lemon zest, softened butter to the sifted flour, stir, add milk with yeast. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, cover with a napkin and place in a warm place to rise. At this time, peel the apples, grate them on a coarse grater, add washed raisins, cinnamon, mix everything. Roll out the finished dough into a layer, transfer to a greased baking sheet, let it rise for another 10 - 15 minutes. Place the filling on top and bake in the oven until half cooked.
